Patty Monteza was born in Lima Peru, at the young age of two, her family decided to move to the San Antonio, Texas. Patty’s parents both had great careers and showed her that with hard work and dedication, “The American Dream” of owning your own home can happen. She was named an Early Qualifier for Platinum Top 50 Realtors in San Antonio for 2017-Present, and was named a Finalist in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2025 and 2026. She was also named Early Qualifier for Top 2.5% for Platinum Top 50 Realtors in San Antonio. She strives to not only help her clients with the best way to get the home that they are looking for, but also in helping the seller get the maximum net for their home. She also helps the new agents in being the best they can be by teaching a training class to new agents when they join Keller Williams. If that does not say enough to have her be part of the training groups with one of the best brokers than what else can.
